My name is Riccardo, friends call me Riky.

My passion for archery as an archer, instructor and events/competitions organizer has allowed me to discover many aspects of this fantastic world made up of a thousand facets, a thousand ways of expressing oneself and a thousand reasons to participate in it.

Each archer is unique and different from the others, even in the gesture of the shot: each has his needs, his motivations and his timing. All this is expressed in the personalization of one’s clothing, both in the colors and in the shapes, in the combinations and in the materials chosen. Even when you are part of a team in the same uniform, the arrow feathers or other details become unique and tell the story of the archer.

With this concept in mind,  I started my artisanal activity. With my inventiveness and my manual skills, I focus on the production of leather accessories, specializing in the creation of archery kits. My solutions are practical and lasting.

 

My motto is “From Archer to Archer”.

I wanted to create a set of heterogeneous products, designed and manufactured with practical and technical focus, based on my experience as and archer and for other archers.

To personalize the accessories as much as possible, I also offer the possibility of decorating them with customized motifs and different techniques.

The choice of materials used in the manufacture of the products is conditioned by the quality and type of processing, in particular for the choice of leather.

I use material from Italian and Tuscan tanneries that practice vegetable tanning.

Comparative research on instinctive shooting (natuaral-instinctive) and laterality (guiding eye and gesture biomechanics) in cooperation with instructors from other sports (e.g. basketball).

Experience in application of archery for the recovery of young people with social adaptation problems.

Experimentation in new educational methods and developement of structured training and training systems based on the experiences of perception and emotion.

Creator and promoter of new types of competitions / events, related materials and organizational structure, used to test the different skills used to express balance and dynamism in shooting. The aim is to train through the fun that a game can offer and to become operational and able to shoot in any context and type of setting.
